If you’re like most people, you are bombarded on a daily basis with information about which diet is best for you. We are constantly hearing conflicting information about which diet is best for us. I believe that there is no one right diet for everyone. Even as individuals, what we eat at one point in our life might not work later on. That’s where I come in. I work with my clients to help them discover what nourishes them, so that they can feel energized, healthy and live extraordinary lives. We are all different and there are many components that go into making a person healthy. There is no one right diet program for everyone. I work with my clients to help them figure out a program that best suits their individual needs.
We live in a culture that wants quick fixes and pills to heal what ails them. A quick fix will do nothing to help you achieve life-long health and happiness. A quick fix will not bring out the body’s natural inclination toward balance. Ancient wisdom, intuition and nature’s remedies have been put on the back burner but they are not lost. I can help you learn how to live a healthier and naturally vibrant life without negative side-effects!
I believe that food can be medicine or poison. I work together with my clients to help them figure out the best foods for their bodies. We introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthy ones. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.
