As an ordained minister with the Universal Light Church it would be my pleasure to officiate your wedding ceremony.

Many couples spend a tremendous amount of time and money to personalize a wedding reception. They go over ever detail to make sure it represents their own personality. The ceremony is often overlooked and usually doesn’t represent the couple at all. My job is to research, customize, write, and perform a one-of-a-kind ceremony for you. I encourage couples to take their ceremony seriously.  It is the verbal contract of your marriage. I take pride in creating a meaningful ceremony for you and for all those present while still emphasizing what matters most: YOUR LOVE.

If you are interested in speaking with me about officiating your wedding please contact me. I would love to hear from you!

"We wanted a ceremony that incorporated our different backgrounds (Filipino and Jewish) without the religious emphasis. Amara worked closely with us to create a memorable and beautiful ceremony that was uniquely ours. Most importantly, she offered guidance when needed and had as much enthusiasm for the event as we did." Stacey and Matthew

“Amara's service for our wedding was perfect - she really captured the emotion and intimacy of the day. Working with her was so easy and we were able to incorporate all of our ideas into the ceremony. We received nothing but raves about it!”

Hi Amara,
Our most sincere thanks to you for a beautiful ceremony. With your kind and inspiring words, you truly captured where we came from, who we are and what we look forward to. We appreciate everything you said, but, what resonated for me that day (and still does today) was the part about how Adam and I have each others hands to hold as we progress through the various stages of our life together. With this, you brought many to tears, including me. Thanks you for a wonderful start to our marriage.
Warm regards,
Tia and Adam Ly
