The Seasonal Wellness Series: Fall

A four-week virtual Lunch & Learn with Amara

Supporting your family's health this fall doesn't have to feel overwhelming.

Over four weeks, we'll explore some of the questions I hear most often from mothers who want to take a more natural approach to their family's health.

Together, we'll cut through the conflicting information and focus on practical strategies you can actually use—from supporting your immune system before illness strikes to knowing what to do when someone starts getting sick, helping children develop healthier eating habits, and making a few simple lifestyle shifts that can make a surprisingly big difference.

After more than twenty years as an integrative health coach—and nearly as long using these same approaches while raising my own family—I've learned that you don't need to do everything.

You simply need to understand what matters most.

Each session includes approximately 30 minutes of teaching followed by plenty of time for your questions, so you'll leave with information that's practical, relevant and easy to put into practice.

Bring your lunch, bring your questions, and join me for four conversations that just might change the way you think about health this fall.

What We'll Cover

Who I Created This Series For…

This series was created for moms who want to take a more natural, informed approach to their health and their family's health—but don't want to spend hours researching every decision.

It's for you if...

✓ You believe food and lifestyle matter, but you're not perfect.

✓ You find yourself overwhelmed by conflicting health information online.

✓ You want to understand why one supplement or remedy might be a better choice than another—not just be told what to buy.

✓ You're curious about natural approaches like homeopathy, herbs and nutrition, but don't know where to begin.

✓ You want practical information you can actually use in the middle of a busy life.

✓ You appreciate evidence, experience and intuition all having a place in the conversation.

✓ You want to feel more confident making health decisions instead of second-guessing yourself.

More than anything, I hope you leave these six weeks feeling less overwhelmed
and more empowered.

Not because you'll have all the answers.

But because you'll know which questions to ask, understand the options in front of you
and trust yourself to make thoughtful decisions for your family.
